All activity carried out through a user's account — including transactions, bets, and profile data changes — is considered to have been performed by the rightful account holder. All deposit transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tikitoto supports a range of local payment methods including digital wallets (Dana, GoPay, OVO) and bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI). All bonuses and promotions offered by tikitoto are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual promotion, including rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The decision to suspend or close an account is final and rests entirely with tikitoto management.
In cases of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld or returned in accordance with the policy in effect at that time, taking into account the nature and severity of the violation. Users whose accounts have been suspended or closed are not entitled to open a new account without written permission from tikitoto.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the tikitoto support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after all outstanding balances and pending transactions have been settled in accordance with the applicable procedure.
In support of responsible gambling principles, users may request access restrictions or play limit settings. This feature is available through the customer support team and is designed to protect users from the negative effects of excessive gambling.
